What You'll Be Doing

• Replicate customer problems in lab, escalate issues to engineering when engineering help is required either in debugging or problem has been reproduced in the lab
• Perform on-site or TAC-Remote network audit for customers
• Serve Premium or Strategic customer as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
• Assist the team with escalations as and when required
• Assist customers in planned major network maintenances
• Participate in rotating day shift duties to support operations
• Deliver basic and advance training to iDirect customers

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.

This position is the technical interface between the LHT engineering organisation and our airline customers, and will be responsible for:

• Interfacing to Customer Engineering teams within APAC with frequent interaction within this matrix organisation
• Representing the Customer Engineering team for the inquiries from component customers within APAC
• Maintaining & expanding good working relationship with technical departments of our airline customers
• Coordinating with the Quality Department, Process Team, etc.. Act as an extended arm of the existing APAC customer engineering team

• With the help of global APAC Customer Engineering team, launch internal campaigns to focus on critical topics like Reliability Engineering, Value Engineering, Predictive Analysis, Data Quality, Component removal behavior analysis, Digitalization, etc.

Your Profile

• University or technical college degree, in Engineering, Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in the field of component overhaul and/or aircraft maintenance, reliability and technical services, ideally also a certified Design/Verification Engineer. Working experience in Part-145, CAMO, Part 21J Organization is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Working experience with global regions and stake holders
• High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
• Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude, and a strong ability to build close relationships with customers
• Like working with people, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide on-site services for new and existing customers, including equipment servicing and upgrades.
