Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) will be advantage

• Prepare and issue quotations for ACMV / HVAC service maintenance & new project jobs.
• Update GP on jobs billing details and prepare all documents for billing submission.
• Update / Issue project code for all service and new project jobs.
• Actively liaise with client representatives for any concerns on the service or project jobs and constantly follow-up on purchase orders as required.
• Constantly coordinate with Project Supervisor on new projects awarded and other clients’ concerns needed to be addressed.
• Economically source spare parts and other materials needed for all service or project jobs.
• Prepare daily sales and monthly quotations reports.
• Prepare tender documents for new projects.
• Issue delivery order or service chits.
• Shipment booking, coordination and preparation of required documents.
• Monitor disposal of empty cylinder stocks and order replenishment as needed.
• NEA reporting as required.
• Update of General Waste Report.
• Data entry of collection note / disposal cylinder and preparation of reports & certificates accordingly.
• Monthly update on refrigerant price to customer and follow-up on new order or price feedback.
• Generate and issue purchase orders to vendors as required.
• Answer main line phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Administer hangtag approvals according to brand certification and approval guidelines
• Receive and verify online hangtag requests from customers; ensure information provided on the hangtag request is completed
• Follow up with customer (through email) to obtain support documents (Fiber/yarn purchase invoice, fabric purchase invoice etc)
• Validate the fabric yardage against fabric purchase invoice to justify for hangtag quantity
• Validate the proper use of hangtags against the garment destination region and confirm customers for any adjustments
• Act as custodian of internal control to safeguard hangtag approvals/release in compliance and ensure trademark protection
• Carry out and keep accurate records of customer information for verification and safeguard our brands
• Attend to customers, CSR and marketing’s queries related to fabric testing and quality.
• Co-ordinate multi-fibre hangtag certification test and give recommendation to Marketing.
• Issue garment letters and challenge if observing violation of brand guidelines
• Educate customers application process of hangtag requests via of our system

• GCE ‘O’/N levels/ITE or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and communicate to all level effectively

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of current installed base of XRD & XRF for APAC.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose customer problems, and coordinates appropriate corrective action directly.

· Conform always to Malvern Panalytical and customer’s safety, cleanliness, and working protocol policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

· Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Malvern Panalytical are understood and met. Carry out preventative maintenance activities to installed base as per factory guidelines.

· Provide Service Support and basic training after installation.

· General Service administration activities and report submission.

· Responsible for proper spare part handling per internal procedures.

Qualifications:

· Diploma Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related education. Knowledge of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical, Electronics, Mechanics preferred.

· 2~3 of experience in maintaining analytical instruments or semiconductor equipment is preferred.

· Able to read circuit diagrams, technical manual in English.

· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.

· Self-sufficient in computer/networking skills necessary to analyse logs, summarize data.

· Able to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice.
