JOB DESCRIPTION
· Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance
· Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
· Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and transactions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
· Prepare and maintain call logs, reports, and documentation as required by management
· Share feedback and insights with management to continuously improve customer service and sales strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma and above
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
