[What the role is]
As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
[What you will be working on]
You will provide support to the School of Engineering in the areas of, Administration (day to day), Customer Services (front desk), Information Support (in-house systems and SharePoint repository), Finance and Procurement, College events, oversee the housekeeping of staff centre, as well as collation activities of requests from various stakeholders.
[What we are looking for]
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with Outlook for Email.
- Competence in Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good numeracy skills and/or knowledge in Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
