The Scope:

• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.

• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Purpose of the role:

Ensure on-time part availability

Order processing, administration and management of orders for assigned

customers

Main activities:

• Order management between customer and workshop
• Administer customer account, including ERP contract administration.
• Understand customer requirements and transform into fulfilment actions

Job Description:

• Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.
• Participate in service and repair of personnel protection equipments, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.
• Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Service team.
• Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.
• Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.
• To provide support to other service activities that may be assigned in the course of work
