Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Executive to provide core sales support to our team of Account Managers.

The role includes developing product proposals and presentations, generating quotations and drawings, coordinating marketing activities and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Compile, maintain, and update product catalogues, brochures, and finishes to ensure accurate product specifications.

• Uphold and enforce customer service standards and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive customer service support to the department store, including handling Goods and Service Tax Refund, Smart-Card applications, Public Announcement, Lost and Found cases/reports, and similar tasks.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of customers' problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the pre-enlistment medical activities and the related support services
