Job Summary

Overall Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent and reliable Trade Finance transactions to Tier 1 Clients in line with their personalised service needs to Win through Service. Operating with a deep understanding of client business and the products they operate. Empowered decision makers taking ownership of transactions and enquires and leveraging Trade Product Operations, Trade Core Operations and Trade GBS Operations to ensure service standards are fulfilled.
• Meet Targets set on Query reduction, First Contact Resolution and Quick Kills.
• Handle escalated cases for tier 1 clients and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution
• Ensure meeting of Targets set on SLA adherence, TAT for Tier 1 clients.
• Ensure queries are resolved within agreed TAT for Tier 1 Clients
• Provide oversight for overdue queries and complaints

Governance & Risk Management

• Immediate escalation of all queries/complaints received from regulators.
• Ensure Set Control standards are adhered to and met.
• Proactive identification of risks and concerns including escalation to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor complaints and completion of corrective action.
• Support to effectively implement all operational, regulatory and financial control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and control standard as per the defined Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Proactively communicate with the Business Unit Head and BRM on operational risk issues. Escalate significant events to Business Unit Head /BRM as appropriate. Support operations team pre/post audits and assurance reviews.
• Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct. Develop a robust culture to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees.

Business Continuity Management:

• To support Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) plan if applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: You will lead your centre's team to achieve the centre's sales target.
• Delivering Service Excellence: You are responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
• Building Customer Relationships: With your Customer Service team, you take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.
• Delivering Operational Excellence: You are accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. You will also ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.
• Leadership and team management: The center manager leads and fosters a positive work environment. They establish open communication, coach and mentor their team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork. They set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred.
• Sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.

Service Delivery Manager (CyberSecurity)/ Customer Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strong in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management
• Experience in providing Services and Solutions on CyberSecurity Management.
• Technically inclined in handling Service Delivery and supporting Customer Management.
• Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are met.
• Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
• Communicate and liasing with clients, stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide consultation and advisory on CyberSecurity Solutions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated strong experience in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management.
• Experience in providing CyberSecurity Services and Solutions to customers.
• Strong knowledge of CyberSecurity.
• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Att&ck, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 and etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success roles or experience in a cybersecurity operation center
• Good in Service Delivery and Customer Management.
• Experience in handling Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Possess Government or System Integrator Consulting domain.
• Experience with contract and vendor management.
• Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
