Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the daily registration of clients at the Senior Care Centre (SCC).
• Update clients' service attendance records daily; keep daily and monthly clients' census
• Report to the Assistant/Director of Nursing and work with physiotherapist, occupational therapist, clients & their families, physicians and other nursing staff
• Ensuring SCC staff conduct group therapy sessions for the clients under the instruction and guidance of Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and quality standards of client care.
• Organise and coordinate client conference to assist them in the understanding of the physical, social and mental condition of the client and participate in client care meeting/inter-professional meeting at SCC.
• Monitor, evaluate and record client progress according to treatment and care plan.
• To liaise and coordinate with transport provider on booking of weekly transport for SCC clients.
• Receive and liaise with AIC referral team regarding referrals
• To assist with data collection and submission to MOH and AIC.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes in consultation with the Assistant/Director of Nursing.
• Any other work assigned by Assistant/Director of Nursing.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-year experience working as Supervisor in Senior Care Center/Day care/Senior Activity Centre
• Background of admin/social work preferred
• Able to do family counseling and admission
• A good team player with initiative
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient to handle IRMS, fee charges, familiar with AIC/MOH policies

Responsibilities

• Attend to all requests from customers for modification, repair and maintenance jobs
• Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers on necessary or additional jobs
• Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims and vehicle history files
• Assist customers in checking-in their vehicles
• Promote customers’ relation and ensure customers’ satisfaction on all jobs or enquiries
• Attend to phone calls from customers
• Assist in managing workshop operations
• Manage team of service advisors
• Any other duty assigned by Manager from time-to-time

Requirements

• Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in face-to-face customer service
• Welcome individuals with Retail / Restaurant management experience
• Minimum Qualification-Diploma
• Ability to provide technical advice on performance vehicle repairs is an added advantage
• Experience in troubleshooting basic faults and problems of vehicles would be is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words
• Training will be provided on basic automotive knowledge
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)

Job Description:

· Responsible for maintaining and supporting (level 2 & 3) the Oracle EBS (12.1.3) Finance modules and in supporting business transactions.

· Strong experience in the Oracle modules; Finance, Order Management, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Quoting, and related Boundary tools

· Duties include user support, application maintenance, reporting and troubleshooting of functional issues and transactions.

· Assist the other members of the application support group in regular operations as well as ongoing evaluation for system related process improvements and development solutions to meet end user’s needs

· Analyze the interfaces and integration points

· Setup and change configurations within the Oracle Finance Modules

· Work closely with Business users on process improvements and changes

· Work closely with external support / consulting companies on incident management, requirement management and change management services

· Document as-is and to-be business processes, configuration scripts and other associated functional/technical specifications

· Root cause analysis and complex problem-solving skills are important

· Experience in analyzing data and translating business requirements into technical specifications

· Manage Finance, IT projects and provide timely deliverables

Requirements:

· Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent education and experience

· Experience of 3+ years as an IT Technical/Functional Analyst

· Experience with Oracle R12 Finance related modules

· Experience in SQL and familiar with the database structures in Finance

· Experience in the languages of; PL/SQL, OAF, Java/JSP, SQL, HTML, XML

· Experience in the technologies of; Oracle Apps EBS, OAF, Web ADI, Web Services, JSP, Core Java

· Experience in the software tools of; JDeveloper, Putty, GitLab, JIRA, PL/SQL Developer, TOAD, SQL Developer

· Strong Project Management Skills, PMP Certification is preferred

· Knowledge of Reporting, Power BI, BI Publisher, OBIEE, RPA, and automation technologies is preferred

· Good analytical skills in solving technical issues

· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross functional teams

· Experience in working effectively with people, across multiple levels, multiple cultures, and time zones

· Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written

· Experience in creating functional / technical documentation

· Good self-management and coordination skills

· Good communicator and presentation skills
