The DMS Support Analyst is accountable for supporting and maintaining the following areas:

Due to rapid expansion and business needs, we are now looking for a Support Analyst to assist clients using our platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via email, IM and phone to existing clients
• Log all support issues in the company issue tracking system
• Monitor outstanding issues and ensure they are dealt with within the Service Level Agreement
• Perform ongoing configuration of support issues
• Work with new clients to ensure smooth transition from implementation to support
• Resolve or explain issues to client satisfaction
• Escalate issues to the development team when appropriate
• Raise change requests for platform enhancements
• Liaise with CoreTRM product developers on changes and enhancements
• Follow CoreTRM standards, procedures, and policies
• Provide after work hours phone stand-by support (on shift with other support analysts) and/or ah-hoc cover for other support analysts (including overseas ones) when needed
• Other ad-hoc duties if needed

Requirements

• The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.

• Plan, design, install, configure, and administer critical infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Remote Access system, Secret and Identity Management system across on-premises and cloud.
• Perform regular system patching or upgrades to maintain product supportability.
• Prepare documentation and develop standard operating procedures.
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and issue resolution on 24x7 basis.
• Continuously automate system operation, enhance monitoring, malware detection and auto-recovery capability.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) in relevant field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Active Directory.
• Technically competent in following technologies:

3. Microsoft ADFS
4. Infrastructure as code such as Terraform, Ansible, Python or other automation languages
5. DevSecOps practices
