The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support at customer sites within the maritime industry. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning

· Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of maritime equipment and systems onboard vessels or at customer facilities.

· Conduct functional testing and calibration to ensure systems meet operational requirements.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

· Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

· Prepare detailed service reports and recommend corrective actions.

Customer Support

· Provide technical advice and training to customers to ensure proper system operation.

· Act as the primary point of contact for technical support during and after project completion.

Compliance & Documentation

Collaboration

The main purpose of the Cafe Service Crew is to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the outlet and seat them. The guest receives their first impression of the service of the outlet by their exchange with the Cafe Service Crew. Related Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide fast and courteous service to customers.
• Greets customers, escorts them to tables and provide menu and suggestions.
