Responsibilities

• Manage Cheque Processing Vendor to ensure optimal performance and improvement of existing processes;
• Monitor service levels performance against critical measures set in service contract;
• Review monthly invoices billed by vendor;
• Oversee Change Controls and Special Requests to manage changes in the outsourced environment with the respective subject matter experts or control functions in the bank;
• Review processes and identify areas for improvement, risk and control;
• Perform operational issue/incident/escalation management of cheque/courier-related matters and identify root cause(s) and implement preventive measures;
• Prepare and facilitate audits by internal, external, or regulatory audit functions;
• Provide operational support to Business Units for new initiatives;
• Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for outsourced-related matters;
• Support Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) implementations in the outsourced area;
• Perform and support site visits with site visit SMEs and control functions;
• Ensure control gaps are addressed with timely and appropriate action plans by the vendor.

• Managing large amount of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

As a Service Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.

Role & Responsibilities

· Greet and meet people coming into The SKILT Centre and direct them to appropriate areas

· Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services in The SKILT centre

· Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages

· Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions

· Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time

· Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.

· Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection

· Provide cross-coverage of other Service Relations Officer who may be on leave.

· Support operation functions as and when needed

· Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness of The SKILT Centre

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement

· Min. diploma in any discipline

· 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role

· Fresh school leavers are welcome , training provided

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset

· Customer service mindset

· Meticulous and organised with attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Enjoy working in fast-paced environment

· Proficient in MS Office

· Hard working and keen to learn
