RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the smooth operation and administration of the Senior Care Centre at Toa Payoh. Lead and develop the team ensuring quality care, safety and meaningful activities for our clients. Drive customer service quality and collaborate well with community stakeholders and partners.

• Take charge of the Centres day-to-day operations to achieve a high level of customer service and client engagement
• Recruit, build, lead and supervise a competent and committed team to achieve centre / divisional / organisational goals and plan employee development to fill proficiency gaps
• Design, develop and oversee the running of all programs
• Deliver quality performance, operational efficiency and compliance through continuous improvements through supervision and coaching of teams performance to ensure client's health / physical / social / mental well-being and safety, and betterment of the centre
