Responsibilities:

-Identify, develop, and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects

-Understanding of the needs and requirements of the customer and matching them with our range of cars.

-Build strong rapport and maintain good relationship with customers and prospects

-Maintain proactive relationship with current SEAT x CUPRA owners

-Support marketing activations/income booster events such as Roadshows, Exhibitions, Showroom events and Promotional campaigns

Requirements:

-Good interpersonal & communication skills

-Team Player with a strong can-do attitude

-Working experience in an automotive industry will be an added advantage, minimum of 3 years and above for supervisor role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients and addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Manage appointment bookings, process payments, and generate invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the clinic's reception area and related spaces.
• Ensure smooth clinic operations by conducting regular stock-taking and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
• Handle and resolve various issues such as insurance claims, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute cancellations, escalating when necessary.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization's services and team members to assist patients effectively.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver the best possible experience for patients.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Clinical Directors as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a dynamic, self-driven, and reliable nature.
• Strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English (proficiency in Chinese is a bonus).
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
