Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients and addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Manage appointment bookings, process payments, and generate invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the clinic's reception area and related spaces.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations by conducting regular stock-taking and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
- Handle and resolve various issues such as insurance claims, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute cancellations, escalating when necessary.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization's services and team members to assist patients effectively.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver the best possible experience for patients.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Clinical Directors as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a dynamic, self-driven, and reliable nature.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English (proficiency in Chinese is a bonus).
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
