Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and follow all relevant operating procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues.
- Plan orders to align with customers' shipment delivery and collection needs.
- Collect and prepare data, and submit accurate reports as needed.
- Manage cycle count administration.
- Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed promptly and efficiently.
- Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and implement necessary changes.
- Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
- Be prepared to lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA.
- Experience in developing and using operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
