Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service
• Greet and assist patients, family, and visitors in a kind and helpful manner
• Organize and plan patient appointments effectively, working with the medical team to streamline schedules
• Register new patients accurately, collect vital information, and keep patient records up to date in the electronic system
• Verify insurance information and confirm details with patients
• Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and direct calls to the relevant personnel
• Email correspondence is a MUST.
• Process medical insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation submission and timely reimbursement
• Assist in the collection of payments from patients, explaining financial responsibilities and payment options when necessary
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
• Assist medical staff with the coordination of patient care
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and administrative processes
• Update medical staff of any patient arrivals, cancellations, or other significant information that may affect daily operations
• Maintain strict adherence to medical standards, ensuring that patient privacy is protected and that all paperwork is handled safely and appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare setting
• Minimum N/O level
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays when needed

Salary range: $2,000-$2,600

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Report to the Duty Manager (PAX) and Passenger Service Specialist (PSS)

· Take charge of assigned flights, reporting to the PSS for pre-flight briefings, ensuring correct flight numbers, destinations, and departure times, processing documentation, and handling passengers politely.

· Ensure necessary travel documents, passports, and ticket validity checks are correct before acceptance.

· Perform administrative duties, such as sorting telexes and distributing General Declarations and Passenger Manifests.

· Responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness, counter sweeps, service desk duties, and adhering to grooming guidelines.

· Must comply with Personal Data Protection Commission regulations.

Key Attributes:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

· Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays

· Customer Oriented and a good team player

· Comfortable with using computer

· Able to converse and write in English confidently

· Good people management skills

· Candidates with no experience in aviation industry but possess positive and resilient attitude are welcome to apply
