• Assist Service Manager to manage the service department

Job Description:

• Engage and assist elderly clients in the Centre and to assist in daily Centre programmes and activities.
• Attend to client’s personal care needs including personal hygiene and assist in positioning, transfers and ambulating of clients.

• Handle daily Electronic Bunker Delivery Note (eBDN) /BDN posting after delivery.
• Assist the sales team in closing and completing sales orders after delivery.
• Collaborate with the invoicing team in the Finance Department to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist the operation team in closing and completing purchase orders after loading.
• To provide support to the operations team during periods of staff leave.
• Perform monthly sales reconciliation, verifying data between sales records and financial statements.
