Requirements :

· ITE Nitec 2 in Precision Engineering

· 3 years related experience in a workshop handling workshop machine

1. Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of the company PC and serves status·

2. Support Office Staffs on the Office Networrk/PC Hardware status and prepare monthly and weekly reports of the IT matter·

3. To develop, monitor, and review equipment of the Officeand Project sites require for IT Hardware and soft ware matter·

4. To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities·

5. To monitor the Status of the IT Hardware and Soft Ware and Update the management for any schedule variances·

6. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants in regard to IT matter·

7. Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior·

8. Handle all Admin matter for the Office.

Requirements:·

1. Diploma or Professional Certificate in IT / NetWorking/Engineering or equivalent.·

2. Min 3 years experience in similar experience.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.·

4. Knowledge of Office management.·

• Perform service, troubleshooting, overhauling, commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment and automation machines
• PLC programming
• Modules over-head bridge cranes preparation for commissiong, filling gear oil, bearing greasing, settling limit switch travelling and hoisting, overload trip setting and testing.
• Top side equipment cooling medium system pareparation for commissioning, fresh water close circuit system flushing by using screen on plates type coolers to catch impurity and dirt, glycol gilling to cooling medium system through hull drain tank and expansion tank
• Testing cooling medium pumps no load and system load run
• Glycol regeneration system preparation for commisisoning, sytem flushing, hydrop testing, glycol filling and system running.
• Gas Dew point control-refrigeration system preparation for commissionig, system flushing by nitrogen, hydro testing, refrigerant charging to gas skid and compressor skid and system running.
• Hub (mechanical parts) balancing and testing, check inventory, calibrate instruments
• Plan and assisgn team members to safety and prductivity
• Perform testers conversion from product to product
• Testing, trouble shooting and online testers to production
• Liaised with process group, automation group and production group to achieve a target yield and productivity
• Writing of reports for carried out inspections, repair, service and overhaul jobs
