In this role you are required:
1. Checking in passengers and ensuring all travel documents are valid for travel
2. Service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self- Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
3. Gate handling duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure and arrival activities with various departments
4. Assisting passenger who require special assistance like wheelchair and escorting services
5. Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
You are best equipped for this role if you are:
1. Able to read, write and communicate in English
2. Able to commit for 6 months. Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
3. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
4. A team player with good communication skills and analytical skills
5. Comfortable with rotating shift work
