Description

• Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams
• Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
• Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity
• Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits
• To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly
• Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers
• To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department
• To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
• To facilitate technicians’ work by housekeeping system’s data such as location sequence and special instructions.
• Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.
• Other administrative jobs.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” Level
• Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
• Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a must

Job Description:

• Provide clients and caregivers with psychoeducation, support, and care coordination services during home visits
• Evaluate the needs of patients in terms of their health, psychology, social life, environment.
• Effectively cooperate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurses, and allied health specialists.
• In multidisciplinary meetings, offer your psychological expertise.
• As needed, lead team members' and caregivers' training sessions.
• Carry out tasks and assignments as delegated by the department head or supervisor.

Requirements:

• A registered nurse with a current Singapore Nursing Board certification is required for the position.
• Hold an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health, a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), or other appropriate credentials in psychology, social work, or counseling.
