The Regional Service Sales Manager role is responsible for managing a growing Service Sales team across Asia. This role will be responsible for maximising the full potential of Rotork large installation base. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can develop and execute strategic plans, manage a team of sales representatives, and build strong customer relationships in order to achieve and exceed service sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive service revenue growth in the region. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed them.
• Team Management - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service sales representatives to meet their individual and team targets. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure the team's success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee multiple levels in the Project Department (Snr. Engineers, Engineers, Draftsman, Supervisors etc)
• Involves highly in implementation and enforcement of new initiatives and disciplinary practices with the department.
• Strategic Planning for the Project team.
• Ensure projects are carried out by Engineers accordingly to tender specifications and customer requirements.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning the relevant team to be involved in the project.
• Review projects’ schedules and ensure timely submission of Authorities’ documents.
• Closely monitor the materials consumption and man hours allocated to the projects and ensure it does not exceed the quantities quoted.
• It is mandatory to document all correspondences related to the Project and perform testing and inspection with customers to witness to prevent any unnecessary conflicts in the future.
• Strictly adhere to all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements at all times.
• All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
• Project Engineers are responsible to conduct frequent site checks weekly to ensure the installation and progress is correct and ahead of schedule and control is in place.
• All engineering issues must be resolved and it is the responsibility of the Project Engineers to attend meetings with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by Management.
