Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Officer who can handle customer inquiries efficiently and assist with basic inventory duties. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling inventory responsibilities alongside traditional customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently, following company guidelines.
- Process customer orders and payments, verifying order accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Inventory Support Duties:
- Assist with inventory counts, tracking stock levels, and recording any discrepancies.
- Update inventory records as products are sold or received.
- Organize and label products in the stockroom to facilitate efficient tracking and order fulfillment.
- Work with the inventory team to identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs.
- Prepare and package items for shipment as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling inventory records.
- Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.
- Require to work on some weekends during event days, compensate with in-lieu.
