[What you will be working on]

• Overseeing the delivery of the critical infrastructure services such as server compute; network; and data centre services.

• Managing multiple IT infrastructure projects, from design; project planning; procurement; to project completion

• Supporting business users and the application team in their digital initiatives.

• Planning, designing, assessing and implementing new technology platforms.

• Assist in managing IT Core infrastructure budget and handling financial procurement activities

• IT vendor management.

• Ensuring all documentations are up-to-date.

• Performing periodic review and improvement of system capacity; system performance; access control; risks; compliance; and processes.

• Planning and executing business continuity plan, including disaster recovery.

• Acting as 3rd level support for infrastructure-related cases.

• Working with EDB’s Overseas Offices to provide 24x7 IT services 

[What we are looking for]

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing and leading the projects on two or more of the following:

• Plan, Design and Implement of WAN/LAN Campus Networks for 1000 staff.

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft platforms: such as Windows Servers, SQL Server, Hyper-V, SharePoint, TFS, SCCM and Active Directory Management

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of Storage and backup systems

At least 5 years experience in managing and leading IT Operations teams involving:

• Change Management

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Inventory Management

• Security and Patch Management

Experience with the following:

• Cloud Technologies

• Database and Storage Systems

• Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW)

• LAN and WAN networks (including Wifi )

• General Datacenter Technologies 

Experience on the following would be advantageous:

• Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.

• Cisco Networking.

• Palo Alto, Checkpoint or Fortinet NGFWs

• MSSQL database

• Writing and maintaining PowerShell or Python scripting for administration purposes

In addition to the above, you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.

•  Proficient in written and spoken communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently when necessary, with a focus on prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Possession of the following certifications would be advantageous.

• CITPM / PMP certification

• CCNP certification

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification

• AWS or AZURE professional certification

• ITIL v4

About the Role

What you will do:

• Wealth Centre Manager is to serve with passion and confidence. Service styles are always proactive and genuine. The outcome is to create a deliberate and differentiated customer experience.
• Expected to be well groomed and project high level of professionalism in all customers’ interaction. The WCM is to provide consistent and positive customer experience to all customers, paying particular attention in Welcoming, leading to meeting spaces and ensuring customer is well hosted at the premise with welcome drink and snacks.
• Participate in districts’ engagement events or other customer events such as Investment Seminars.
• To upkeep and maintain the Wealth centre premise and support merchandising activities in accordance with prescribed standards as stated in a Checklist. To diligently perform the role of the “Floor Manager” ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly.
• As a service ambassador, required to constantly identify ways to improve customer service and strive to exceed the required service standards set for the wealth centre.
• The WCM is required to be familiar with AIA Altitude, the customer loyalty programme, and its privileges and offerings so that we can address to enquiries.
• Maintain and manage the premise booking system and work closely with financial consultants who has made an appointment, ensuring necessary supporting services are ready before client’s arrival.
• The WCM will be responsible in managing and updating the inventories used in the wealth centre as well as the budget for the Wealth Centre.
• Responsible in generating monthly reports to present stock take results, expense and feedback received from customers.
• Managing 3rd party vendors that will support in various day to day duties in the premise which includes housekeeping, catering and serving of welcome snack and drinks.

What you should have:

• Minimum 7 years of Customer Service experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and influence people from diverse cultural background.

• Experience in managing High-Net-Worth Segment is an advantage.

• Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as being comfortable with tactical delivery.

• Excellent crisis management skills and presentation skills.

• Self-starter with sense of urgency, ability to work without close supervision and positive attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
