Job Responsibilities
1. Performs the check-in and check-out process in a friendly and efficient manner.
2. Performs cashiering duties.
3. Responsible for the issuance of guest room keys.
4. Performs blocking of rooms.
5. Coordinates with Housekeeping team on room status.
6. Responsible for updating of guest data and other information in the Opera PMS system.
7. Upsells hotel room whenever possible.
8. Handles guest enquiries pertaining to Hotel’s products and services.
9. Handles guest complaints/feedback in the absence of the supervisor.
10. Handles other front office duties as and when assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
1. Completed secondary education.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in same capacity.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
4. Basic knowledge of computer application.
