Responsibilities:

· Be the brand champion to enthusiastically engage, excite and educate our guests so to build brand awareness and top of mind consideration

· As the product expert, demonstrate a high level of understanding of the product through conducting engaging product presentation and demonstration

· Provide EV knowledge sharing to potential customers

· Offer the highest level of sales consultation and rapport building with the goal to create a superior customer experience

· Achieve individual sales target

Requirements:

· Proven sales track record

· Experience in automotive sales will be an added advantage but not a must as training will be provided

· Highly self-motivated with strong drive to excel

· Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong team-player

· Customer centric and always willing to go that extra mile

· Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence

1. Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties as mentioned below.
2. Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
3. Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
4. Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
5. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
6. Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
7. Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

1. At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
3. At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
4. Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
5. Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
6. Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
7. Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
8. Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
9. Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

Responsibilities:

-Identify, develop, and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects

-Understanding of the needs and requirements of the customer and matching them with our range of cars.

-Build strong rapport and maintain good relationship with customers and prospects

-Maintain proactive relationship with current SEAT x CUPRA owners

-Support marketing activations/income booster events such as Roadshows, Exhibitions, Showroom events and Promotional campaigns

Requirements:

-Good interpersonal & communication skills
