• Responsible for all the trade related supporting activities from assistance of traders, communication with customers / within departments for payment arrangement, price confirming and accounting administrative support.
• As a member of the department, the incumbent is expected to execute assigned duties in ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions and necessary various risk management activities and journal entries.
• Communicating with customers / within departments for necessary arrangements such as confirmation of price fixing, payment arrangements, inventory management, etc.
• Maintaining accuracy of trade data stored in trading system through input and reconciliation.
• Recording trade data and ensure accuracy of various reports/calculations.
• Account Receivable / Account Payable checks.
• Maintaining proper filing of documentation (hard and soft copies).
• Coordination of structuring business process.
• Any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager or General Manager from time to time.

Requirement:

 Has working experience in the Oil and Gas industry with general accounting knowledge (SAP);

 Basic knowledge on international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance, etc.);

 Other commodity trade knowledge may be taken into consideration, if there is no experience in international Oil & Gas industry;

 Proficient in MS Office applications.

Contract Duration:

• Base Period: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except Wednesdays).

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nutrition Food Science Department:

• Assist teachers with ordering goods and supplies required for food science lessons.
• Provide support in food preparation for classroom lessons, ensuring all ingredients and materials are prepared as per instructions.

Housekeeping and Safety Management:

• Ensure the cleanliness of the workroom and all areas related to food preparation.
• Maintain safe food handling practices, ensuring food is prepared and stored in a safe and hygienic manner.

Administrative Assistance:

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• GCE N Level or equivalent certification.

Preferred Experience:

• At least one year of work experience in a school environment, particularly in operations support or a related field.

Skills:

• Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
• Basic computer literacy, with the ability to handle simple administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, ordering supplies online).
