Job Descriptions;
• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide guidance and assist selected companies to complete and walk through challenging survey questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling survey information.
• Provide regular updates on survey progress and any challenges encountered to the Project Manager or Team Leader.
• Upload completed survey data into CRM.
• Participate in any survey-related ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
Requirements;
• Minimum O/A/Diploma/Degree
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Confident, persuasive, good reasoning, proactive and willing to go extra mile.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist survey participants effectively.
• Prior experience in survey administration, customer service or consultancy experience is a plus.
• Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office
• Singaporean only

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Basic Salary: $3000, Monthly Incentive: Up to $100
