MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. Role:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with Marine Boilers.
• Carry out repairs on inboard and outboard marine boilers.

HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor and observe system alerts or out of the normal system behaviours.

• Follow incident isolation procedure to identify and verify faults before applying problem resolution scripts to fix the issue or escalation.
