• Align, execute and embed global Services strategy and framework in local Operating Companies
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including priority sectors and emerging markets

• Act as APAC divisional black-dot owner for Digital Services to ensure continuous strong implementation of digital strategy across the division

• Actively contribute to new ideation and provide feedback to internal teams including Steam Business Development to identify opportunities for new services or enhancements to existing services based on customers and market needs
• Work collaboratively with global BD community including Customer Sustainability team to support Operating Companies in delivering Services offering to customers, through sharing of best practices
• Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback
• Use CRM systems to track, analyse and support Operating Companies to improve customer interaction and opportunity conversion
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company’s services. Support external marketing / promotion of solutions via multi channels including web, trade shows, social media etc

Qualifications / Experience

• At least 8 years of related experience
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
• Collaborative in building strong and trusting relationship across the organisation to deliver team results, across multiple disciplines
• Proficient skills in MS Office

Position Overview:

The Manager, Senior Care Division (Strategy & Development) is responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of PCF Sparkle Care. Key duties include assisting in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and staying updated on industry trends. The role involves leading partnership development, drafting partnership agreements, and ensuring effective collaboration with external partners. Additionally, the manager coordinates internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery and supports the overall goals of the organization. This position requires strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in eldercare, healthcare, or social work.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Development:

• Assist the Head of Strategy & Development in formulating and executing growth strategies, identifying opportunities for service expansion, improvement, and innovation in eldercare.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for PCF Sparkle Care, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and community needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain PCF Sparkle Care's position as a leader in the eldercare sector.

Partnership Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and establish new strategic partnerships that align with the company's mission, objectives, and long-term goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior care organizations, non-profits, and community leaders.

Project Management & Measurement:

• Coordinate the seamless functioning of core partnerships and corporate projects.
• Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure that all partnership agreements align with the organisation’s objectives.
• Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Other Responsibilities:

• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and partnership development within the healthcare, eldercare or related sectors.

The Job

1. Accountable for the efficiency and effective operations of the Call Centre, its agents and services.
2. Lead the agents in improving customer service, in terms of service delivery, service attitudes, defined service outcomes, achieving service standards and receiving service awards.
3. Lead in reviewing current practices, reviewing resources, utilizing resources well, set targets for the department, set targets for the staff, report regularly to HOD and manage costs well.
4. Lead in using relevant market information to analyse and propose on new services, new processes to improve work, and new ideas on the use of digital technologies.
5. Leverage on relevant information, data, digital enablers, digital tools, technologies to propose improvements in upscaling and upskilling the Call Centre’s ability to deliver and perform beyond its current means.
6. Ensure staff are recruited, trained, coached and enabled to provide excellent service under any circumstances. Ensure the well-being of all staff.
7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the many stakeholders’ i.e., departmental supervisors and co-workers, external collaborators, vendors, corporate clients, and the public.

The Person

• At least 2 years of working experience in Call Centre Management / Operations.

Responsibilities:

• End to end stakeholders management

• Manage customer support after the conclusion of the contract

• Responsible of transparent and traceable billing of contracted services

• Single point of contact for all issues and requests with regard to steering, planning and controlling the services to be provided by T-Systems

• Manage continuous improvement of interaction with regard to Customer-to-Customer processes

• Accountable for projects and major orders or services, i.e. more complex services which are not in the scope of regular operation

• Coordinate external suppliers (subcontractors)

• Establish a coordinated and timely service reporting, conducting service reviews and controlling service levels

• Implement changes in line with the contractual stipulations and in cooperation with the units involved

• Propose measures for continuous improvement of service performance

General Requirements:

• Planning and control of existing revenue and of service delivery in time / quality / costs

Communications / Reports

• Responsibility for revenue, expenditure, gross profit and complete invoicing

• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting revenue, gross profit of contracts (existing business) in coordination with account team

• Ensuring capacity management to secure the required Service line tasks

• Responsibility for contract management and controlling (internal and external)

Language Proficiency

• Able to speak and write fluently in Japanese and English (for Japanese speaking customers)

What you will be doing:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of teams
• Lead, motivate, and supervise teams of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors to obtain competitive bids, identify and propose rectification, upgrading and enhancement work for clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee work performed on-site.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all corporate HSEQ requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and propose to client(s) for improvement.
• Tracking of P&L for the sites under his/her portfolio, work with BD team to prepare for tender submission
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, incidents, and service requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and security of occupants.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, HR, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in facilities management to continuously improve processes and performance.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facilities management.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

The incumbent will be leading a team and be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Lead the Customer service team for Sea freight
• Liaise with customers on the standard operating procedures
• To meet up with clients on projects / special matters
• Prepare customer key performance index reports
• Promptly handle customers / team escalations
• To implement corrective actions and preventive measures for immediate service recovery
• To co-ordinate with Ocean carriers for bookings / uplift upon escalation from team
• Attend to freight management and rates negotiation
• Provide quotes / rates to COD customer or overseas offices
• Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
• Review the profit & loss of product desk
• Analyse job file purchasing and raise concern to Pricing team
• Review & approve changes of work processes before escalation to Head of Sea Freight
• Conduct recruitment exercise for officer / executive position when needed
• Provide related training concerning the BU to new staff assign to the team
• Joint sales visit to resolved operations issue when necessary

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division

The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
• DGR trained will be an advantage
