Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure and network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.

• Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.

Education Requirement

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), ITIL Foundation Certification, or basic networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system and generate Jet Reports.
• Support and implement new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions and applications. Develop and maintain EDI integration using XML.
• Perform hardware and software installation and maintenance.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

• At least a Diploma in IT or its similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
• Strong expertise in supporting Navision Applications within a manufacturing environment, specifically in areas such as inventory, warehouse management, production, finance, purchasing, and sales support.

• Knowledge of web development would be an additional advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Able to trouble shoot and carry out repairs of equipment
• Handling of new installation, set up and training
• Calibrations of temperature and humidity machine

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with aircon, refrigeration, background
