KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. The Patient Service Associate role is to provide support in outreach efforts to engage and to recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme.
