• date: 13th - 19th Jan
• location: Orchard area
• daily working time: 11am - 9pm
• job scope: daily opening and closing, promote sales, cashier, inventory check. product and operation training will be provided

we offer two options:

• full week commitment: 900 / week base pay + completion bonus + sales commission
• day commitment: 100 - 120 / day dependent on experience level

requirements:

• no experience required, prior retail sales / promoter, shop manager related work experiences are added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

Excellent leadership skills and experienced in setting sales goals

1-2 years of experience in sales

The Job

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Objectives of the role:

• Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer
• Boost sales through selling Aftersales products and services
• Loyalise customers and ensure customer satisfaction at any time
• Assist customers in Accident Reporting

Tasks and activities of the role:

Performs service consulting

• Informs the customer about service, price and deadline
• Supports tin the framework of accident damage
