Porsche Consultant (Pre-owned Car Sales)

Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Porsche Consultant (Pre-owned) to optimise sales and profitability, while building trust and delivering exceptional customer care throughout the purchase and ownership lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening Porsche Singapore’s position as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches and promoting the Porsche Approved Programme to customers. This role will report to the Manager of Pre-owned Car Sales.

• Conduct customer consultations throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Porsche brand, history, products, services, and technologies, while ensuring a thorough understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and performance to offer expert guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional purchase and ownership experience with seamless, consistent care across the entire lifecycle, while identifying opportunities for repurchase or additional products and services to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors, engaging emotionally to create excitement, build trust, and foster long-lasting relationships with both customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and optimise the entire pre-owned sales funnel, process, and documentation, including updating customer data in CRM@Porsche (C@P), and coordinating test drives, financing options, insurance, and trade-in offers.
• Support marketing events and campaigns by hosting and networking with participants and customers, driving excitement and interest to convert leads into sales, including nurturing cold leads into warm ones.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned, including managing vehicle movements and logistics, conducting quality and presentation checks in line with brand standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the Porsche refurbishment process (e.g., 111-point check).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and company policies.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive industry within the luxury segment
• Proven track record of success in pre-owned car sales
• A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to supporting one another in achieving organisational goals.
• Proactive in engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up with a strong sense of accountability.
• Self-driven with a proactive learning attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools and systems
• Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
• A valid class 3 driving license with a clean driving record and at least 4 years of driving experience

• Secure recurring revenue streams through upselling reliability services contracts to existing and new customers across all end markets.
• Coordinate with end market sales teams and service teams to achieve country service sales targets.
• Update sales opportunity information accurately and regularly into Rotork sales management system (CE) ensuring accurate reporting and order input forecasting.
• Educate, coach and mentor others to effectively and confidently sell all Service products.
• Work in partnership with end markets sales team to target and access new markets and customers.
• Carry out sales activity with customers including site surveys, sales support, contract negotiation, product presentations and seminars.
• Provide insights into market trends, competition and customers’ needs.
• Be prepared to travel as needed (national and international) to achieve the sales targets and growth opportunities in the country

Service Advisor

Porsche Singapore is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for our customers and workshop team, delivering exceptional, prompt, and seamless service while ensuring all automotive service and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will manage the entire service process, from initial customer contact to final vehicle delivery, ensuring that all services align with the brand’s high standards and foster a positive atmosphere that builds trust and ensures customer satisfaction.  

• Handle customer interactions and service consultations by warmly welcoming customers, actively listening to and understanding their concerns, utilising diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify vehicle issues, and providing clear and concise explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance procedures, while also supporting customer enquiries.
• Manage the overall service workflow to ensure efficient service delivery, including scheduling appointments, preparing accurate job orders and cost estimates with necessary services, parts, and labour, closely monitoring progress, proactively updating customers on their vehicle status, and effectively communicating any additional service requirements with both customers and technicians.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and products, such as extended warranties, service packages, accessories, special offers, and promotions, to encourage customer adoption and support the achievement of aftersales targets.
• Review completed jobs with technicians to ensure that no details are overlooked and all services meet Porsche and industry standards before vehicle handover, providing a thorough explanation of the completed work to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labour, to maintain complete repair records, while overseeing the billing process to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with various stakeholders and crafting responses to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technical advancements, industry best practices and service procedures for Porsche vehicles

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, particularly with a luxury car brand, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering a best-in class customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
• Ability for a 5.5 day work week
