The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. • Identify high-impact international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.
• Understand customer's objectives, and be a digital consultant to businesses in APAC looking for international opportunities.
• Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients' understanding of global markets.
• Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in your network by sharing knowledge about your assigned market.
• Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in advertising sales, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
• Experience in cross-border or exporting business.
• Experience in an analytical capacity, leveraging data to generate market insights or business proposals.
• Experience in a sales or client-engagement role.
• Ability to communicate in English and French, German, or Spanish fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience developing grounded, insight-driven narratives and applying them in mobile, digital, and offline mediums into actionable business growth opportunities.
• Experience working in Europe or knowledge of European markets/regions.
• Knowledge of digital advertising.
• Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial and goal oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, presentation, and organizational skills, and ability to tell stories with data.

Job Summary

The Customer Service officer is primarily responsible for the liaising with SSW’s customers and coordinating with the operation team, identifying customers issues and challenges, feeding these information’s to the operation team and assisting them in achieving the service level as well as shipping documentation required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound process - receiving of job orders and prepare all documents required for submission based on the job information and requirements provided by the customer.
• Updating and entering in all information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• To ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved with Operations Teams and/or Customers, and to escalate to their immediate Superior for assistance and advice if unable to resolve the issues
• Communicating with inter offices, customers, warehouse, carriers, transporters and 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are up-to-date and provided to Department Head on a timely basis.
• Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager when necessary
• To assist direct superior with any special projects assigned and provide backup to other CS team when necessary
• Making sure that workplace safety rules & SSW Policy are being followed
• Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
• To perform Data Entry, Job Creation, Billing, General Administrative or any Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated warehousing and customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• On-job training will be provided
• Meticulous, able to work independently and a team player
• Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management
