· Assist with customer’s request through phone-in and emails.

Overview:

The Management Support Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the management team. • Support the administration of gifts received. This include gift processing based on a standardised guideline, update donation collected in a tracker, prepare thank you letters in a standardised template provided, donation documentation, and e-filing and updating records.
• Be responsible to keep a record of corporate gifts, merchandise items used during events and storage of Office equipment.
• Be an event support personnel for the Department. This include preparing name-tents, booking of restaurant, facilitate car parking, prepare logistics for events.
• Office management duties which includes printing and scanning documents, mailing and courier service (documents and books).
