Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Setting up, Testing & Commissioning of Laboratory Automation System/Laboratory Robotic.
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing (Mechanical)
- Serves as company contact point with customers on technical matters.
- Attending to customers’ service call and provides timely solutions
- To provide technical and engineering support
- To co-ordinate with relevant parties to ensure the work is carried smoothly
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering or relevant fields of study
· Highly motivated, achievement-driven and customer-service oriented
· Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
