How will you make an impact?

This candidate need to be based in Gul Circle, Singapore to support the highly customized Manufacturing factory with 24 x 7 operation.

What will you do?

• Deliver IT services to internal customers in Singapore and not limited to SEA & Taiwan Countries.
• Provide support to Manufacturing, Clean Room, Lab, Office and Warehouse Support.
• To protect the company’s data, tools and information systems.
• Understand and enforces company’s infrastructure architecture standards and policies to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
• Monitor data center, applications, equipment for uninterrupted IT services.
• Collaborate with Global Infrastructure, application and security to implement company standards as needed.
• Maintain system documentation, IT Inventory and change control logs.
• Ensuring new hire are provided with the required hardware on time before the new hire on board.
• Diagnosing PC / Hardware faults and supply solutions as required.
• Assisting in the updates of software patching as required e.g. Anti-virus and Windows Server Updates.
• Work with vendors and deliver scope of work or agreement.
• Keeping system documentation up to date including hardware/equipment assignment listing and mobile listing.
• Assisting technical staff in the event of Major incident or critical system failures.
• Assisting employees with software and hardware issues e.g. Microsoft Office, printers, mobile and other business applications.
• Contribute to and follow global IT standards, IT security and procedures.
• Work with regional and local IT Teams on global and local IT projects.
• Assist to provide the Annual Operating Plan for the next year IT Expenses. (Who will get replacement Laptop that due after 4 years & 5 years for Desktop)
• Purchasing computers and peripheral from IT Suppliers.
• Occasional travel to the other branches as required.
• Will need to be on call during non-office hours to support 24 x 5 and alternate Saturday production line.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Experience :

• 5+ years of IT professionals experience in a fast-paced, MNC company environment.
• Relevant technical certificates a plus. (Server, Network, Application, IT Project Management)
• Strong interpersonal, good working attitude and spirit to help users.
• Broad knowledge of hardware, software, desktop support and IT security is required.
• Hand-on Experience in Server Room Support and Client Desktop Support.
• Working experience in Manufacturing environment and on call duty.
• Some Knowledge on network and Servers are required. (We have internal Network & Server Team).
• o Mount Cisco Router/Switch/ Dell Server.
• o Setup UPS alerts and Server Contingency planning.
• o Basic Server OS installation and RAID setup.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in IT Site Support/Service Desk Level 3/ Desktop Support.
• Microsoft SCCM knowledge for software distribution and computer formatting skills using it.
• Knowledge in IT ticketing System like Remedy and ServiceNow is needed as we will be working according to ticket SLA.
• Some knowledge in Manufacturing application, Oracle R12, E1 or SAP is bonus as Site Support will be 1st level support before escalating to Application Team

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
• Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

• To assist in the support of SAP B1 9.2 and 9.3 Projects
• Independently support SAP B1 & other ERP including troubleshooting of issues and provide solution with clear timeline
• Good knowledge on formatted search, queries, crystal reports
• Database configuration (Basic database setup, master data, document layouts, queries)
• Able to do independently manage support for various entities
• Proficient in writing an understanding of functional and technical specifications. Apply proven communication, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of SAP in the company.
• Able to work under pressure

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (preferred Accounting knowledge)
• Good knowledge of SAP B1 9.2 / 9.3
• Experience in SAP Data Transfer Workbench Tool
• Fair knowledge on SQL/Hana Queries & Crystal Reports
• Min 2 years working experience in SAP B1 implementation
• Prior experience in documentation of functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in Power Bi Reporting, SAP B1 - ATP & Intercompany add on is an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Great initiative on planning deployment across multiple sites;

and resolve shortfall issues together with Operations team on a daily basis.

In charge of planning Quick Response Team and relief officers for their deployment

Take daily shift attendance to ensure that all officers reported on site

Keep track of sites accident/incident and report in the digital log book

Responsive to ad hoc incident and able to resolve it quickly

Skills and Experience:

-Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level.

-Able to work basic computer literacy with Google Spreadsheet At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Must possess a Security License with a minimum grade of PWM Senior Security Officer.

-Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.

-Must possess Class 3 driving license.
