In this role, you will develop and refine EVe’s Customer Experience strategy and manage and uplift the customer experience for electric vehicle’s motorists. Job Scope:

• Maintain a high level of customer service and client engagement.
• Manage the Centre and take charge of its day-to-day operations.
• Manage support services and plan inter-generational activities for seniors residing in the designated blocks within the service cluster
• Manage the conduct of client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
• To initiate and maintain regular contact with seniors in the targeted blocks
• Supervise the running of programmes for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Community & Social Service
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Senior Care Centre
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a passionate and sincere disposition to care for frail seniors

Position : Service Crew
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (alternating weekly: Week 1 has 5 days, and Week 2 has 6 days).
Working Timing: 9 hours (Monday - Thursday); 9.5 hours (Friday - Sunday)
Working Location: Parkway Parade
Starting Salary: $2000 - $3500

Job Scope :
• To take orders and serve
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served
• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Has shift responsibilities and is accountable to all superiors for the smooth running of the section/area designated
• To attend roll call
• Attend all training assigned by Training Department, Human Resource or the Manager
• Adhere to the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors
