To perform front-line after sales customer service support

Our client is seeking experienced Support Engineers to manage, maintain, and enhance low-code applications developed in-house using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The Support Engineers will collaborate closely with developers and IT teams to ensure seamless operation and ongoing improvement of these applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for maintaining existing apps and integrating new apps into the support framework
• Enhance apps by adding new modules or functionalities in collaboration with the development team
• Document each app using standard formats to facilitate ongoing maintenance and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, collaborating with IT and Microsoft support teams as needed
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant parties
• Assist in configuring apps, including editing labels and Power Automate flows as per change requests
• Log and manage all service requests, including issues, change requests, and bugs submitted by users
• Provide monthly reports summarizing ticket statuses and service request trend
• Facilitate the migration of Power Platform solutions from development to production environments.
• Collaborate using Azure DevOps or similar tools in an Agile team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Support Engineer must have at least 5 years of Software Support Engineering or Software Development experience
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power BI) Support Engineer must have at least 2 year of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development experience and have developed & deployed at least 10 canvas apps, with SharePoint Lists or Dataverse as the underlying database
• Have analytical mind with problem solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and calibrate our AMHS equipment in the initial phase of a project.
• Carry out regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance after the initial phase of the project.
• Perform troubleshooting and recovery tasks to minimize the downtime of our AMHS.
• ]Conduct on-the-job training for new and junior members when required.
• Draft service and maintenance reports for both submission to customers and for internal quality control.
• Liaise with customers to arrange schedules for jobs and to update customers on work progress.
• Supervise work done by sub-contractors for installation and mechanical modifications.
• Coordinate with company logistics support staff on matters of parts ordering and delivery.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related field.
• Training will provided who lack of experiences.
• Physically and mentally fit, able to endure working in cleanroom environments and long overtime hours.
• A team player with a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to grasp current work situation and plan work ahead of time to keep pace with schedule.
• Experience in cleanrooms or AMHS equipment is a huge plus.
