Job Description

• Assist with MDS and Graduate Diploma matriculation and examination logistics
• Support faculty's continuing education programmes
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• GCE 'A' Level Education Qualification or Polytechnic Diploma
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff of all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, task driven, responsive and adaptable to changes
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Requirements

• Working Hours: 6 days/week, 44hours (inclusive of weekends and PH)
