The Service Delivery Director shall be the single point of contact for the services to be delivered under this Contract and be present at all management meetings. If he is not available, he shall be duly represented by a person of higher authority, who shall have good knowledge of the services to be delivered, status and issues under this contract.

The Service Delivery Director is required to manage a large team of over 100 resources and have strong technical background to manage the complex environment.
 

Project Delivery

• Review the project lifecycle (initiation, plan, execution, completion)
• Review project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans
• Manage issues arising out of scope definition and subsequent disputes that impacted scope, schedule and cost
• Manage issues arising from integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc.
• Oversee the implementation of the project with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality
• Resolve project overrun issues with Senior Management
• Monitor and report on project management progress
• Manage resources in terms of mobilizing resources during different periods of time from team to team to maximize productivity or minimize wastage

Customer/Vendor Management

• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Effectively engaged stakeholders in project decisions and execution
• Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer’s expectation
• Negotiate with customers on change control mechanism to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Provide leadership to the project team to ensure that proposals/ enhancements are fully analyzed and evaluated for benefits and costs
• Provide the project team with accurate information about business needs and priorities as well as details about business systems
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, conduct team building, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management

As Senior Executive at the Office of Associate Chair (Students) of the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (CEE) focuses on student care and wellbeing. The key purposes are to enhance the wellbeing, development experience of CEE students. 

The key responsibilities encompass the following:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align care and support for CEE undergraduate students.

• Periodic monitoring and meeting with students who face wellbeing problems, as well as working with other NTU stakeholders. 

• Take charge of administrative matters that support the student leadership and mentorship for undergraduate students.

• Liaise with administrators to advise students who face academic challenges on their fulfilment of credit requirements.

• Maintain and update database of student care records.

Requirements

• Minimally a bachelor’s degree from a recognised University (degree in related field and/or work experience in the tertiary education sector will be preferred).

• A strong commitment and passion towards student wellbeing and support.

• Preferably knowledge and/or experience in counselling or interaction with young adults.

• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

What a Senior Director for QR Center of Excellence does at Visa:

As a lead of this Center of Excellence you would be responsible for:

• Championing Visa's QR response to diverse market segments including: (a) mature markets where QR participation has reached a scale, (b) markets situated on the threshold of substantial expansion, and (c) nascent markets that are at the early stage of QR adoption. Across these markets you will establish a QR participation framework for domestic as well as cross border QR payments.
• Internally, you would engage with senior executives of Visa such as Product and Merchants Sales and Acquiring leadership teams, Corporate Strategy, Group Country Managers. Externally, it would be evangelist of Visa’s QR strategy with Issuers, Acquirers, BigTech, Fintech, Regulators, and industry forums.
• You will shape the go to market plan for identified countries. This would include determining the participation model for that country, setting the right transaction economics, identifying partners to achieve scale faster, building end user Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and, promotional plans to accelerate ecosystem built up.
• To execute against the plan, you will be supported by a cross functional team across strategy, product commercialization, marketing, acceptance, implementation services, and in-market colleagues. You will also have a lean team directly reporting to you, which will be expanded as the business scales.
• You and your team will be responsible for gathering product development requirement, prioritizing them and, publishing the global product roadmap for QR code. One key area of responsibility will be to determine the revenue streams adjacent to the QR payment transaction and, then recommend built or buy decision for those adjacent value-added services.   
• As a part of your on-going responsibilities, you will maintain a programmatic approach to the activities of center of excellence, report periodic progress and, raise key issues & risks to gather support within the organization.
