You will provide case counselling/management support to students. You will be part of the professional team to coordinate and monitor the help provided to these students and/or work with their families and relevant stakeholders within ITE/external agencies to render support to these students

You are expected to provide case counselling/management support for students-and their families and implement mental wellness intervention programme, which include the following:
- Case counselling/management support for students

- Referring students to relevant stakeholders within and outside ITE to render necessary support.
- Implement programmes for students’ mental wellness social-emotional development

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include:

•  Supporting administrative functions in student services

• Verifying and processing applications for student financial assistance scheme

• Liaising with students/parents on all fee-related matters

• Tracking of bursaries, insurance, surveys and other student-related matters

[What we are looking for]

• Preferably 3 years of work experience

• A team player who is able to multi-task and work independently

• Drive to learn and apply new skills and ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of social media is an advantage
