Shift -
Timing: 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8.00pm - 8.00am, 12 hr rotating shift. (3 Days per week)
Timing: 8.00am to 5.00pm / 11.00pm to 8.00am, 9 hr rotating shift (3 Days per week)
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 1
Job Responsible:
- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
- Taking down informations correctly from the customers to ensure a smooth towing for the drivers.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
- To attend to customers' inquiries on services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
- To adhere to plan work schedule & be available for overtime during emergencies in short notice
Looking for Mandarin Speaking candiates. Able to commit for the hours.
