Your Next Role

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to manage all our technical escalations, handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as security management.

Job Purpose

The IT Support Officer provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s IT systems and services.
