• On-site servicing, maintenance and installation works at client's site
• Repair and fault rectification on equipment
• Support in preparation of equipment (before delivery) & delivery
• Assisting in Service Centre activities
• Ability to diagnose fault to component level

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water purifiers at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair water purifiers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain and service water purification systems, ensuring proper functioning.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets in basic English.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
• Able to communicate basic English and write clear reports in English on service sheets.
• Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support for medical and aesthetic equipment which includes on-site maintenance servicing.
• Provide after-sales maintenance service to customers, perform calibration of electronic components, understand Ultrasound components, and execute laser alignment procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferable Engineering Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable to have Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Possess relevant experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skill knowledge in laser systems and medical aesthetic equipment.
• Good technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.
