Job Duties
- For creating meaningful and relevant experiences for end users by integrating products and services, the User Experience / Service Designer shall have relevant working experience in developing a wide range of design artifacts such as journey maps, user research analysis, service blueprint and roadmaps.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability testing, to gain insights and understand user behaviours, needs, opportunities and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings.
- Design and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to align on service design goals and co-create solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.
- Proven record of the Product UX designs.
- Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
- Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
- Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
- Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior postition.
