• Ensure a safe and conducive environment for the students (7-14 years old)
• Supervise students' homework completion
• Able to test students on their English and Chinese spelling
• Able to provide coaching / guidance on Primary School subjects (Able to guide Chinese Language)
• Able to mark assessment books for English, Chinese, Maths, and Science
• Able to monitor students' attendance and after-school activities, and contact parents promptly when the need arises
• Able to maintain discipline and order of the class
• Able to promptly respond to students and manage their behaviour
• Able to provide timely feedback to parents on student's work and behaviour
• Able to facilitate programmes (i.e. outings, workshops, craft, moral education)
• Able to handle enrolment enquiries
• Able to use WhatsApp for Parent-Teacher communications
• To assist Centre Supervisor in managing students, parents, equipment, technology, information and all other resources so as to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the regulations set out in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Guidelines for Student Care Centre, and are in line with vision and mission of Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society

Candidate Requirements:

Technical Competencies:

• Strong analytical, writing, communication,interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong people management skills

Core Competencies:

• Meticulous and organised
• Interest and passion working with children aged 7 to 14
• Proficient in WhatsApp and MS office software would be preferred

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Min 5 O Level credits
• Good credit in 'O'-Level Chinese required
• Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
