Rev Tan Tien Ser and a group of passionate individuals believed that these marginalised people with lower income and little opportunities for a formal education could be helped to realise their potential and become more competent and fulfilled persons. Through a series of early outreach initiatives, Care Corner has evolved into an organisation offering a wide range of programmes and services delivered through various social service centres located island-wide. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and identify occupational therapy and functional needs of children based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options
• Deliver therapy services either by direct therapy, consultation with teachers and parents, collaboration with teachers and parents, or by monitoring of childs progress
• Work in collaboration with teaching/non-teaching staff and caregivers for the effective enhancement of services.
• Work closely with intervention team in areas of assessment, goal development, intervention strategies and progress monitoring in a trans-disciplinary setting
• Work closely with intervention team to develop each childs Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Maintain documentation on childs progress
• Conduct in-service and parent workshop talks

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health under the Allied Health Professions Act
• Have obtained Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in working with preschool and primary school aged children
• Has a passion to work with children with a range of psychological and emotional needs
• Possess excellent inter-personal qualities and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to match a monthly timeslot for at least 1 class timing below

Class Timings:

Class 1: Tue & Thu, 9.30am to 12.30pm

Class 2: Tue & Thu, 3pm to 6pm

Class 3: Wed & Fri, 9.30am to 12.30pm

Class 4: Wed & Fri, 3pm to 6pm

The hourly rate will range from $120 - $160 per hour.

We will be looking at a monthly block of 8-10 hours for all our classes.

Position Description:

The Client Service Manager acts as a primary business contact between the client and the company. The CSM builds and maintains business relationship to encourage new and repeated business opportunities. The CSM is expected to meet the client’s need and communicate it and ensure the completion of it.

Responsibilities:

• Establish professional relationships with the assigned customer accounts.
• Understanding of company’s product service, and effectively communicate the available offerings to the client.
• To assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Contract renewals for an existing client.
• Responsible for all client communications.
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the team.
• Prepare proposal, handle invoices and responsible for payment collections.
• Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within the project.
• Communicates the client's interests to the team.
• Provide regular two-way communication between the client and the company
• Prepare weekly reports on calls and other activities to the immediate manager.
