Job Description

• Responsible for leading and managing the development, expansion of the business in hospitality industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and other relevant information within the hospitality industry.
• Look for potential restaurants/hotels that align with the company’s objective.
• Reach out to potential restaurants and hotels via email, phone, or in-person visits to introduce yourself, explain your objectives, and propose potential collaboration ideas. Be clear about the benefits of the collaboration for both parties.
• Carefully review the contract and agreements, ensuring that you understand all terms.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the collaboration to ensure it is achieving the desired outcomes. Gather feedback from both parties and make adjustments if needed for a successful and sustainable partnership.
• Build strong business relationships.
• Follow up with client closely.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in English/Mandarin Language.
• Ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
• At least 3-year related experience.

Position title : Reception cum admin

• Location: Suntec City
• Working Days: 5 days (2day Off on weekday)
• Working hours : 44hour per week

Responsibilities

Counter Duties

• Attending to walk in parents and children’s enquiries and requests.
• Attending to guests/visitors and informing Staff of their guests/visitors arrival.
• Attending couriers, delivery & dispatch personnels.
• Handling mailing of letters.

Answering of phone calls and divert to relevant staff/teachers when needed.

Admin duties

• General Administrative work
• Maintaining the office environment
• Data entry
• Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.
• Inventory management of Stationery & teaching materials
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

• Process and follow up on Credit Card applications
• Conduct instruction form from Customer Hotline & customer and handling and resolving customers’ feedback/complaints
• Conduct KYC or KYC review on new and existing customers
• Assist in Credit Card risk control
• Assist in daily operations for Credit Card back-office
• Back up on other staff's duty such as system testing, settlements, data reporting as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above , preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline

Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Center facility including;
• Lighting check
• Airflow check
• Ensure racks are lock
• Ensure no condensation
• Door access are in operation
• Emergency exit path is obstruction free
• No safety hazard
• Coordinate with vendor requesting to access the Data Center for any repair, upgrade, or installation of equipment.
• Daily Routine DC healthy check (Such as temperature, humility, power, server, and network switch).
• Respond to Data Center incident such as power trip, fire alarm, water leak, high temperature etc and escalate or report to relevant party/personnel.
• Cabling and troubleshooting the networking cable.
• Monitoring of Server and Network availability status.
• Monitoring of server antivirus definition ensuring up to date and escalation if not so.
• Monitoring of status of Data Center with DCIM.

Requirements:

This require candidate to put on safety helmet, safety vest, and safety shoe.

Must have minimum 2 years working experience as Data Center Operator

• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
