Summary

Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. To provide exceptional customer service to both internal / external Customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight booking, shipment pick up and related monitoring/coordination.

1. Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
2. Handle all air export shipment bookings via different channels of communication.
3. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide quotes for freight charges via email wherever necessary.
4. Ensure all data (required by audit) are entered into Ecreditors Transportation Management System, timely and accurately.
5. Ensure that all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
6. Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
7. Obtain rates approval from customer & raise proper payment setup before shipment departs.
8. Monitor shipment uplift and transit(s) to ensure timely arrival /delivery to consignee as well as highlight delay / offloading to shippers and destination offices whenever occurs.
9. Ensure timely creation & updates for specific customers’ SOPs.

Qualifications

Customer Service cum Operations Executive (Air & Sea)

Responsibilities:
